Vice Chancellor and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Joan Neff said that the election of Longwood University as a location for Candidate debates of United States Vice President will be an opportunity for students gain valuable experience. "For Longwood students, the chance to experience a debate on campus will be a part of Reviews their college experience they will never forget," he said.
As a preparation for the debate of the Vice President, Longwood has strong support from the government of Virginia.
